I'm not well versed in criticising pieces but I could not ignore this opportunity.

Normally rhyme scheme has a light hearted effect, or at least most poems I have read with the device carry these feelings.

However, I feel you used this device effectively in order to present this serious topic. The way certain words seemed to connect with each other, all coming back to each other, all pointing towards the consequence of this disgusting, unnatural act.

I got a little confused with wording, but it was only one or two sentences. I hope this was of some help to you.
